      Expect no raises, no RSU's and $500 bonus/year. Horrible pay.

      Pros

      Good products. Good people who nl might leave soon if management doesn't react.

      Cons

      Although the work is great, expect 0.25% or no increase in salaries. 0 RSU's until you tell them that you are leaving NI. RSU's will be given to only those who are at flight risk. So, one has to remind their manager that they will be leaving to get any rewards.

      Big company, opportunity to move departments, opportunity to move between different company locations including international and great work life balance

      Sometimes hard to see career growth because of the large size of the company and slow growth that this sector has.
