Pros

Incredibly collaborative work environment. High respect for technical background. Flexible work environment and very supportive of family-work-life balance. Excellent connection with universities - well established internship programs

Cons

It can be a challenge for experienced hires to be successful as a majority of recruitment is focused on recent college (undergraduate and graduate) graduates

Pros

People are nice and kind. Marketing organization has enough power and alignment eith leadership(after new CMO) to drove business impact. Collaboration with sales team has been working better and better. You can learn and develop career with regional colleagues as the marketing department has ben globalized in both physical way and its mind set.

Cons

Business is not so good in recent years so Company had laid off people.

Pros

Fantastic company culture. HR and top executives truly care about employees and are continuously looking for ways to improve employee satisfaction and employee compensation as well as career paths for long-term employees.

Cons

Great culture also comes with a con: sometimes people are too nice to disapprove of bad strategies or bad ideas. And it can take longer to execute projects that would otherwise be done faster. I wouldn't say is a fast moving environment and I would like to see more entrepreneurial spirit and innovation being rewarded and encouraged.
