Pros

The founder who has retired several years ago laid out the solid foundation of the company to "built to last" People are positive and encouraging in general

Cons

The company became big and making decisions for short term. Lay-off was common now vs. it was never done when the founder was in leadership.

Pros

Good work-life balance, good salary for what we do

Cons

Job requirements and day-to-day was misleading. The position involved a lot of phone tech support instead of the promised rotational program.
