Pros

Great people, interesting breadth of tools that allow you to see into many different applications

Cons

caught in a negative feedback loop where lack of revenue growth leads to cuts which leads to lack of innovation which leads to lack of revenue lack of coherent strategy layoffs and restructure on an annual basis (or worse)

Pros

Slow paced, allows for some flexibility.

Cons

Pay. They were known to pay less but have stability and great work life balance. After the acquisition, all their top performing employees left because they have layoffs every 3-4 months consistently since the closing of the acquisition. Less people means more work on the employees still there, salary is still much lower compared to the industry average. PTO and other benefits have also lowered since. People were happy to take the lower pay cut for the lifestyle offered here, but now you are paid less than everyone else for the same if not more work. No longer worth it.
