Pros

Very open and sharing environment, Management open to talk to, Solid Dental and Health Care benefits, Relaxed environment. Felt very secure with job position as NI has a record of not firing employees during recessions.

Cons

The Career paths are limited to marketing/sales and ME/EE... CS paths are limited. Lower Salaries than other companies doing a similar job.

Pros

The starting pay is way better than most jobs in Taiwan, but not good enough compared to other big enterprises here. There is a lot of flexibility because the average age of the managing team is very younger, but that also could be a weak point as well.

Cons

There is room for senior management to improve. The leaders need to be more insightful and pragmatic.
