Pretty good place to work

Pros

They do try to keep a laid-back, informal working environment. Salaries across the board are semi-competitive, definitely not the highest out there.

Cons

They brag about being one of Fortune's best places to work, but this may or may not be true depending on your job/role. I would say it's a great place to work if you're a young engineer.

Pros

Work life balance Work to maintain high level of medical benefits without driving cost to high Many happy hour and team building opportunities Work hours flexible On site doctor and gym

Cons

Use "NI" culture as excuse for lower pay Expect you available 24 hrs a day Career growth limited if you do not want to go into management No cost of living raises State they have profit sharing but did not receive about 50% of the time.
