Pros

A lot of smart and talented people who are enjoyable to work alongside. Fairly good work/life balance. A lot of interesting projects in development at any given time. Company is aware of its deficiencies and has actively worked to address many of them.

Cons

Company is full of lifers who are very content to do things the way the company has done things for the past 20+ years. Salaries aren't as competitive as most big-time tech companies (Google, Amazon, Apple, etc).

Pros

Flexible Hours No micromanagement Benefits are decent

Cons

Poor management who lacks expertise and experience to lead. Preference for insignificant degrees over quality experience. Unnecessary projects leaves less time to do actual work. Pay is noncompetitive with extremely small raises.

Pros

NI offers great work/life balance and development opportunities. Other pros: Friendly people, female leadership, and strong focus on DEI. The campus is currently closed, but they're holding virtual parties and conferences.

Cons

I can't think of any.
