Pros

It was really a nice company to work. Very relaxed and senior management very accessible. Those times will not come back

Cons

Chaotic moment right now. With the company to be acquired and a strong re-organization for the last 3 years, NI should stop hiring people that will dismiss in a couple of months. Quite disrespectful for the people that is joining and showing themselves as amateurs in Organizational matters

Pros

Wonderful co-workers, many talented and kind humans at mid-level leadership and below

Cons

Layoffs have become common. It's always possible to cut upper-level salaries instead, but that is something they never seem to consider. C-suite executives are selfish and greedy.
