Pros

Good work life balance, laid back, smart people.

Cons

No bonus; the value, morality and company culture is changing ( why people like to work here).

Pros

Managers are incredibly dedicated to their employees here. Work life balance is absolutely in the hands of the employee, with very few roles in the company having any set schedule. Working from home is available, the culture is incredible, projects are rewarding, and the people who work here are likely to become your best friends.

Cons

A lot of the learning is done on a 'just in time' basis and there isn't a lot of formal teaching for new employees or those who are new to a role.
