Pros

fun work environment and great people focus on health good employee development

Cons

not many opportunities for advancement not flexible to work from home (I think it depends on the dept/team though) pay is below market difficult as an experienced hire

Pros

Great coworkers and atmosphere. Excellent work life balance and management is very understanding when emergencies come up outside of work.

Cons

There is a lock of performance based compensation.
