Pros

Nice campus and nice after office parties

Cons

Current NI is now the shell of a once good company. Supply chain shortages, bad planning and lackluster leadership have resulted in a company with no direction. In the past three years, they have announced massive layoffs every few months. Current CEO seems to be out of ideas and he has fired most of his support team.

Pros

Very supportive team and culture especially the PCB team. Team is open to ideas so don't be afraid to speak out.

Cons

There might be some individuals that are hard to work with but overall the team and company culture is good.
