      Pros

      You get to work with a lot of smart, talented people who care, who have integrity and passion for their work. Leaders try to do the right thing and there is a lot of freedom.

      Cons

      The company is going through a lot of change right now, growing into a big company. It's a challenge to scale. The confusion is taking a toll.

      Open Approachable It is a good company and as an Engineer you will have a lot of different opportunities to growth

      Cons

      Most of the leaders in NI don´t know how to communicate and how to manage change. They let an employee now about a change in his employment thru a general communication without let the employee know there is a change. Individualism and politics all around the place All wanting to reinvent the wheel instead looking for somebody else work and recognize that effort.

      Lovely people to work with and always on the edge of technology. The opportunities are never boring and there's a great reward helping other engineers solve problems.

      The salaries and raises are not in line with the amount of praise given when you do your job well.
