Pros

Really cares about performing to Wall Street's requests. Some customer applications are really cool to be a part of. Internal mobility across departments.

Cons

Lack of vision and business strategy from the top. Lack of commitment to executing the vision, and constant major shifts. Unclear roles, lack of training and lack of industry standards breeds burnout, anxiety and stress. Politics, backstabbing and toxic stakeholders. Misaligned middle managers. Glass ceiling and inconsistent promotions, even against the official job skills matrix. Low compensation, low bonuses, and no RSU rewards after hire.
