Pros

Slow and steady culture, CEO the anchoring figure.

Cons

Growth slowing, executive compensation increasing; genius of the AND. Average compensation for most others.

Pros

Lots of tedious work to do. The work you do here will never be useful else where.

Cons

It says it will support green card application, but it set the prevailing wage very high that you can never achieve. Totally liar. Too much office political, they only reward the people who is good at speaking.
