Pros

Company has a very friendly environment with almost no conflicts occurring between employees themselves and between them and managers. It actively promotes diversity in the workspace. Team members are very supportive to the new employees, and it is easy to approach anyone with 'stupid' questions. Managers are encouraged by the upper management to hear out the needs and opinions of employees and try to find a middle ground between them and the team leaders. A decent amount of leaves is granted to everyone.

Cons

Career development might not be as fast as other tech companies.

Pros

Good work life balance for below average pay.

Cons

Middle management selected from engineers who failed up. Project management is poor. Mentoring of new engineers is spotty at best.

Pros

Amazing work-life balance, can easily work fully remote if desired.

Cons

The only thing is higher pay, but the work-life balance makes up for that.
