Pros

Nice people and the campus is in a good location. Good technology.

Cons

Weak CEO. Eric is a charismatic version of Dr. T - lacks strategic thinking and the ability to create a culture of accountability and teams. The compensation phylosophy (50 percentile) is not consistent with ambitions. HR leadership is very bad. Culture and behavior is not fun or collaborative.

Pros

Market leader with global impact.

Cons

No cons, really. Great and fair employer. A lot of changes and restructuring over the past years. Probably still in the process of finding its new identity and culture.
