Company started to have financial difficulties and was bought by Emerson and the decline began. Tons of layoffs, lack of safety and very unstable environment.

since NI was acquired by Emerson in October 2023, there has been 2 rounds of major layoffs and several micro-layoffs. The business is still not recovered. Senior management are scrambling to cut cost to improve the bottom line. Emerson has stringent requirement on financial performance of the now T&M BU.
