Pros

The people are amazing and they know how to work hard/play hard. You get to be involved in some amazing innovative opportunities with some pretty innovative companies. Very flexible work environment with a good work life balance.

Cons

Very little innovation with new product in the company these days. The commission structure is structured to keep sales people randsom to perform but I guess that is the idea. It seems that a lot of the new changes in the company is demoting taking ownership and making decisions. Feel like sales is the only department in the company that gets held accountable for business performance.
