Great job, poor pay

Pros

Excellent management and team atmosphere

Cons

Salary is low compared to other high tech companies. The "culture" is used as a reason low pay is okay.

Pros

financially stable company with sweet people

Cons

Sometimes people are in positions of management based on tenure and not actual leadership skills. For example, right now I have a new manager who likes to hold private meetings and threaten me on the side. It's sort of a luck of the draw, if you get a great manager, then your career is set. If you get a bad one, you will be capped until you figure something out.

Pros

Great opportunities to work with the latest technologies in use and in development today. Excellent culture, all employees are great to work with and very approachable up to the highest level.

Cons

You are continuously learning. If you want a job were you do the same routine every day, this is not the place for you.
