Pros

Great people, management really seems to care and has been trying to compensate for complaints employees have made in the past--especially about salary. There always seems to be room to grow/move up as long as you're capable of looking ahead and being proactive about your career. A lot of times an employee's only obstacle is himself/herself and not management.

Cons

It takes awhile for upper management to implement changes. They can keep departments in a holding pattern for months until a decision is made.

Pros

Positive work atmosphere, terrific benefits

Cons

Pay is not as competitive as other companies with similar positions. Management knows this but instead of fixing the issue, they focus a majority of their resources on R&D and try to supplement the other departments with empty promises.
