Pros

This is really a great place to work. There is a lot of respect, independence and responsibility given to employees. Work life balance is pretty good, it makes it very hard for people to leave. It is very common to see people try leave the company because they think they have a better offer and come back very soon because they didn't like the other company's culture.

Cons

If I had to mention one it would be average salaries. Sometimes it may feel like the pace of things is slow.

Pros

Amazing culture, very helpful and inviting

Cons

Performance feedback at the end of the internship was kinda lacking. Felt like I didn't really know how well I did in their eyes.
