      When you do not have an Equal Opportunity Employer there is nothing good to say about a company

      Cons

      I am speechless that a company like NI when hire you they offer you the stars and moon, but in reality they are more focus on the age of a person rather than the capacity of that person can have to offer to this company. Thank you NI, you did not kill me but make me more stronger. And definitely you will hear from me in a nearby future.

      Pros

      Nice campus and facilities, average benefits package, working here can be enjoyable depending on the position, the department and the manager. It can be a good stepping stone to start your career.

      Cons

      Low pay. Favoritism exists. People are not treated equally. Two sets of rules. Even with a great performance review pay increases do not keep up with inflation. The culture is no where near what it used to be.
