Pros

The atmosphere of the people and management are great at NI. They know how to have fun, and the work can be exciting.

Cons

The pay isn't up to par, but the pressure is. Very high pressure work environment. Management has also recently implemented new processes to micromanage the sales team, so you constantly feel like you're under the magnifying glass. Long hours of mindless work are rewarded, not successful intelligent work practices, and the new processes are taking away the flexibility to work your own way.

Pros

The people at NI are great. Everyone is very friendly and willing to help in any way possible.

Cons

Raises once again this year were minimal. No company bonus for 2015 and medical benefits cost is going up again. Getting harder to "make a living" working at NI.

Pros

Work life balance is fantastic. Great insurance. Some really good people.

Cons

Pay is lower than the market. Culture is great if you were hired as a college recruit but "outsiders" will never fit in. Too many Indians, not enough true Chiefs.
