Pros

I like the job, and my immediate managers do a great job of keeping me interested in my work. My group is great and full of people who are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons

Interdepartmental communication is lacking, and it's often frustrating to get decisions made. Compensation is unreasonably low.
