Pros

Great culture with a relaxed atmosphere. The focus was on getting your work done, but work wasn't anyone's life, a.k.a most people worked 40-45 hrs per week, even managers. Work hours were also flexible as long as you were there between about 9:30 and 3:00.

Cons

You can't work from home, or at least you're not supposed to unless it's dire, even though a lot of the work was CAD.
