Pros

Flexible schedule and work/life balance is pretty good depending on you leadership. Opportunities across functional areas depending on interests but it is possible to spend your career doing nothing but lateral moves.

Cons

Complete lack of leadership in some areas. No support, no oversight. Raises are non-existent and make sure anything promised is put in writing.

Pros

Clear vision and mission. Opportunity to contribute to success of customers involved in large, game changing applications.

Cons

High growth expectations which could be challenging for some. Pressure on work life balance while working with mostly young, energetic colleagues.
