Pros

I was an entry level buyer they took in as more of an intern and in the best way possible. I was really shown how supply chain management works in both purchasing and planning, and learned skills I've applied to jobs since. A great place to learn to use Oracle MRP as well.

Cons

Occasionally, management can be "too nice" to let you know when something is wrong, and a small mistake can escalate to something bigger. Only happened a couple of times though.
