Pros

Culture is great HR is strong Like the idea of the 100 year plan ("none of us will be here in a hundred years, so work in a way, every day, that the company will have the same values a hundred years from now.) Loved the idea of having guidelines over policies. I remember this saying that, we did not have dress codes, yet no one came to work naked. People are usually smart enough to know they should come to the office wearing clothes.

Cons

It started to be way too centralized for my taste.
