Pros

I had a great journey in NI, I was lucky to have a fantastic manager.

Cons

Not all managers are good, I was fortunate but other departments not so much. The company has recently changed the way it works in respect to treating employees and the overall mission statement. Moving a lot of jobs to Budapest to save money, meant a lot of my colleagues lost their jobs. This decision was made way before covid effected the world.
