Pros

People are welcoming, kind, bold and fun in communication. Their voice is optimistic and engaging, they are sharp and smart engineers.

Cons

Sometimes there are gaps between projects and the individual is not being assigned to a project, but in the meantime the company gives opportunities to the employee to self-educate through various online and offline trainings.
