Pros

A great place for recent graduates to start engineering career.

Cons

Monetary reward seriously needs improvement even though understanding the problem is partly due to slowing growth in revenue and reducing net incomes over the past few years

Pros

It's not a strict corporate atmosphere. I feel like I am working with good, excited people. Management truly seems to value employee job satisfaction.

Cons

Pay is only OK. It can be difficult to reach consensus at times. Projects vary greatly in importance and impact to the company.
