Pros

The culture is amazing and the people there are outstanding. NI provides great benefits and cares about career growth opportunities.

Cons

The pay is not quite as high as what you could get in other engineering opportunities. Also, some responsibilities can be viewed as menial when considering the different job descriptions.

Cons

In no particular order: Extremely uneven distribution of work load. Mediocre pay and almost no benefits.(Specific to R&D Bangalore). No cafeteria. Pathetic food on campus (Specific to R&D Bangalore). Constantly changing strategies. Management pretends to be lending an ear to your problems, but they hardly ever try to resolve them. (Specific to R&D Bangalore).
