Pros

Some of the finest brains work here. LabVIEW is awesome. Development cycles are exciting. A great work culture good work life balance. You get to see, meet and talk to top leaders easily . If you have a strong opinion people take it seriously

Cons

Not a great place for lateral hires. Home grown always take the advantage. A lot of decisions are based on how you are perceived rather that what you do. If you are not in the LV teams your growth is slow.
