Pros

Good for work-life balance, reasonable salary. No.1 in the auto testing industry so not so much pressure.

Cons

A little too dependent on US, so lots of meetings during the night/early morning. Too many changes these days so lots of people left. If you are doing the G coding, then your career would be much narrowed
