Pros

National Instruments company culture and positive, upbeat self-image, which contributes to enthusiastic and friendly co-workers. Annual surveys about employee satisfaction seem to produce broad, steady improvement, and helps the company keep up with changing employee care-abouts.

Cons

The wrong manager can make your experience miserable. Sometimes the positive self-image leads to self-deception, and blindness to its own faults.

Pros

They have a good work culture and they allow you to assume a flexible role within the organisation. The people there are friendly and helpful.

Cons

Some grouses about salaries go unheeded by the management, larger than normal workload, no really obvious incentive for doing things quickly or ahead of schedule.
