Pros

- One of the best and more differentiated technologies in the market today, always one step ahead of the curve, what is expected from a vision-driven company - Camaraderie, overall work environment is great - Good career starter for most

Cons

- Company is struggling with some road-blocks on trying to get to a new place, with higher-performance - They reached a nice spot, regarding maturity, but is not finding easy to become a bigger player in the market place, often loosing good talent for faster-paced companies and keeping some poor-performers due to politics
