Pros

Lots of training, great opportunities, lots of responsibility early on, good career prospects for engineering graduates.

Cons

There is lots of travel involved in the job sometimes covering a weekend or two per year. It can be easy to take work home with you

Pros

The colleagues are very friendly and helpful. Employees are considered one of the most important values of the company. Respect and honesty are key attributes in the company's culture. In most departments you are free to innovate and introduce new ideas, so basically you can form your job in a way you want.

Cons

Although employees are very important to the company and they spend a lot on making the work atmosphere better and making the people more committed, salaries are average.
