It is a good environment for newbies, competitive salaries for new hires, friendly workplace.

Cons

To much politics, there are persons who are more equals than the others, salary raise don't follow the inflation, so your real compensation may decrease over time.

very good atmosphere and good colleagues. company has talented people. the culture is very relax and the workload is suitable. the ceo has good leadership.

the company is in test and measurement industry which is not developping rapidly.ceo can think of other direction fir future.

Good place to work for if you are in to sales.... Much lesser head count...n hence the management has a better visibility knows each and every employee

Cannot expect a career growth if you r not interested in sales or marketing
