Pros

Great place to start you career. Fairly easy to experience different job within the company ; R&D, MKT, Sales... Good company culture

Cons

Pay is very average. (If you're not an engineer, chances are well below) We've had great company culture for long time, but as we are hitting the $1B mark, we're starting to see the disruption of it due to some hiring from outside, especially in the area of upper management.

Pros

Understanding and tolerate manager. Constant respect to each other.

Cons

Maybe a too-relax environment for fresh grad as fresh grad should strive to learn as much technique and learn stress management as much as possible.

Pros

You get to work in good teams and there are some good technical leaders in the company. You get to take a lot of responsibility and along with it trust.

Cons

Sometimes the decision making process is too slow and seemed too conservative. Some managers lacked detailed and deep technical knowledge.
