Pros

Positive atmosphere, consistent but modest company growth, ample opportunities to grow your responsibilities, probably best medical insurance anywhere, opportunity for global travel, reorganizations are infrequent and meticulously planned

Cons

Type A busy bodies may get frustrated with the slower pace and bureaucracy or decentralized management, pay seems very socialist-minded rather than pay for performance, don't expect much compensation beyond base pay. Office culture has deteriorated due to globalization of teams, taller management hierarchy, new emphasis on performance management, and political correctness.

Pros

Really smart co-workers. Great benefits

Cons

After founder stayed too long, the current management is focused on change. Company seems to spend more time in meetings and conferences about internal things and has lost focus on customers.
