No budget for salary increase, team events etc. Toxic people Company goals always changing Lay-offs, uncertainty

Pros

- Immediate teammates and managers were all brilliant, competent and kind - Pay eventually became competitive - Personally, I had many internal opportunities and managers were helpful in changing some career direction

Cons

- Constant organizational change and churn - Always touting "Employee Talent", then laying off highly experienced and valued employees - I was repeatedly put on small teams where I had the least amount of experience

Quality of work is not good at some location i.e. India- Bangalore location. In year 2023, Company has laid off three times so difficult to trust company.
