Pros

Spent a year and a half at National Instruments. The culture is laid back, everyone is friendly. And the work life balance is incredible! It's unheard of to have to work over 40 hours so don't expect to have to work for free here.

Cons

The only con is compensation. It's well below industry standard. It's literally the only strike against the company in my experience but even then, they've been working on rectifying that.

Pros

Flex working hours, not stressful, private health care system, top of the line office, meal tickets

Cons

The career growth path is not well defined, very few options for growth development.
