      Good work life balance. Flexible schedule. Friendly atmosphere. The mentorship is pretty good.

      Cons

      Consensus based decision making can take a lot of time. Leveraging old products a lot so the new product development is not very exciting.

      Lots of growth. Great potential if you're a recent grad Small company feel Opportunities to publish papers NI week is huge party but it happens in HQ

      Cons

      Low pay No bonuses due to bad management Layoffs have started to happen Manufacturing is now overseas which makes communication much harder
