Used to be a great place to work

Cons

Pay has always been below market but it had a good work environment. Now pay is bad plus work environment is horrible. Poor leadership and no room for growth.

Pros

- Work/Life balance - Mentorship and investment in learning and development. For example, our department has increased L&D by 15% - Amazing people and teams that are kind (maybe to a fault) - Many reorganizations occurring - alignment with TSIA (technical support industry association) to enable better customer experience

Cons

- Information silos among internal organizations which makes supporting customer experience difficult - Not enough resources and head count - Many reorganizations occurring - slow moving
