Leadership and management don't know what they are doing, or they are bad on purpose, it's hard to tell. Career opportunities are also looking bad as they keep firing people and need the rest to stay on their roles to try to hold things together. They use DEIB as cheap PR but HR sweeps all discrimination under the rug (and it is way too common). This has made most good people leave and the culture has become extremely toxic.

Management continues to promote buddies instead of smart people. How many re-orgs can a company have?

- Bad in change management - Lack of processes and procedures - Employee performance evaluations are outdated - Layoff packages are very very bad

Bad performance bonus program. Limited employee benefits.

Low bonus and unfair profit sharing. HR department is not friendly.
