Pros

Tons of opportunities to move up. Great culture. New, comfortable campus that is close to major highways and free parking. Really good people. Energetic management. Great benefits (401k match, full medical/dental, very fair PTO program). Comprehensive training and benefits. Good work/life balance if you have a family.

Cons

Small company mentality. Lack of flexibility - no work-from-home options - THIS IS A HUGE PROBLEM FOR A COMPANY NOT TO HAVE IN 2016!

Pros

Benefits - 401k matching, medical, dental, vision all competitive. The cafeteria is a nice plus. Community involvement - food drives, charity drives, community event sponsorship / participation. Work/life balance - Taking PTO is never an issue. If I have a doctor / dentist appointment or event at my kid's school I can make up the time away rather than having to take PTO. Able to come in at 9:00 on days that I need to take the kids to school. Environment - My manager trusts that I'm going to get my work done and doesn't stand over my shoulder all day. My coworkers are always willing to help out when I need it. I spend a lot of time with my coworkers working through tasks or brainstorming. Growth - Like to promote from within. A lot of the people I work with have been with the company since they graduated including many in management positions.

Cons

Fewer meetings would be nice. Space is starting to become an issue as well. I don't know where we're going to start putting new people.
