Pros

Family oriented, Great benefits, very chill work atmosphere, nice people, flexible work hours, a lot of food venues in the area.

Cons

Every other week you had a new Manger, over seer, or some sort of supervisor.. which all had different expectations. .. poor training. Constant drama.

Impressive amount of freedom and autonomy. Oodles of opportunity to contribute real value to the growth of a very good company.

Cons

I think we suffer from “form over substance syndrome” at times. A flashy PowerPoint deck can win the day over one’s ability to actually drive results.
