Pros

Focus on Culture and employee satisfaction, Opportunites for advancement, the people center and managements ability to develop talent, Open to hearing ideas for improvements from anyone no matter the position or paygrade, and the ability to take classes to grow not only as an employee but also as an individual.

Cons

There are frustrating days no matter what position you hold and no matter what company you work for. I do not have any major cons. I enjoy my career and the people I work with very much.

You are able to keep your book of business. They provide some training and guidance. Some people seem to be doing well.

Cons

Unfortunately, you need to start by selling to friends and family. Have to pay for your own licenses. Also have to pay for office space at a certain point
