Dishonest and misleading. Team leads and dept. managers pick and choose who will get training. (If they like you, you're good to go, and if you want them to like you , don't think for yourself). They say they encourage people to 'see something and say something', and when you do, you will be singled out for mistreatment, left out of activities and some have been terminated under the guise of COVID 19, or economic downfall (Reduction In Force- RIF positions). The CEO preaches that NLG is a business family, but it is certainly not. It's corporate. All about the numbers and the money. They use deceit to stay afloat at the expense of good people. I'd think twice before working at this place.
