Pros

The cons outweigh any pros

Cons

Don’t let their lip service fool you. They talk about being good and doing good, but disrespectful behavior is pervasive. When concerns are expressed, the employee experiencing the behavior is told they are allowing others to make them feel poorly. In other words, suck it up. HR is fully aware of the circumstances but the bullies and leaders continue to allow it to happen. Departments also do little to protect their customers private information. Computers are constantly left unlocked when employees walk away from their desks. If you want to work with a company that has a conscience, this isn’t your place.

Criminally low pay

Pros

Nice office. Decent benefits, especially if you are starting a family. Otherwise, not much.

Cons

The only way to be able to live in VT and work at NLG is if you have a spouse that makes significantly more. Even with certifications and master's degrees you can be stuck in roles under 50k a year. Its criminal, especially when McDonalds pays more. Hard to advance. Unclear expectations.
